Can I view my own site without generating invalid impressions?
Yes, you are welcome to view your own pages without generating invalid impressions. However, please keep in mind that clicking your own ads is strictly prohibited by our programme policies (http://www.google.com/adsense/policies). As you may know, we constantly monitor all clicks and impressions on Google ads for any invalid activity that may artificially drive up an advertiser's costs or a publisher's earnings.

Can you block my IP address or the IP addresses of my users?
Because IP addresses can be allocated from various sources and because valid clicks may be blocked as a result, we are unable to block IP addresses provided by publishers.
If you are trying to block your IP so that you can visit the destination of an ad or add it to your filter list, we suggest using the AdSense Preview Tool as an alternative. The Preview Tool will allow you to check the destination of ads on your page without the risk of invalid clicks. For more information on this tool, please visit the Preview Tool topic.

My reports are showing clicks on my ads but no earnings. What is going on?
It could be that your account has some clicks or impressions which our monitoring system considers to be invalid. As you may know, in order to protect the interests of our publishers as well as those of our advertisers, Google monitors clicks on Google ads to prevent any abuse of the AdSense programme. Google's proprietary technology analyses all ad clicks for any invalid click activity that is intended to artificially drive up an advertiser's clicks or a publisher's earnings. Clicks deemed by our monitoring system to be invalid will appear in your reports.
However, since advertisers are not charged for clicks deemed to be invalid, publishers do not receive any revenue for these clicks. For this reason, you may occasionally notice clicks with no associated revenue. Rest assured that your account is being properly credited for all clicks we consider to be valid.

Can I use my own AdSense for search box to perform my searches?
We strongly recommend that you do not use the AdSense for search box on your site to perform searches yourself. Besides increasing the risk of accidental clicks on your own ads, searching through AdSense for search will result in reports that do not properly reflect the traffic to your pages.
We suggest that you use Google.co.uk for your searches or, if you are a Windows user running Internet Explorer or Firefox, we recommend the Google Toolbar. The Toolbar allows you to search from within your browser and includes shortcuts to a number of Google services - more information is available at the Toolbar website.
